I. About the Company & Production Capacity

1. Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are absolutely a manufacturer in China, so you will get a better price from us, just have a try, request a quote from us now.

2. Q: What are your core products, and which countries/regions do you mainly export to?
A: Our core products are various types of cosmetic bags, including portable travel styles, light luxury leather styles, eco-friendly canvas styles, transparent PVC styles
    and other series. We also accept custom orders for backpacks, tote bags, etc. Our products are mainly exported to Europe and America, complying with the quality
and compliance requirements of local markets.

3. Q: What is your production scale and delivery lead time? A: We have a standardized production workshop and professional assembly lines, with a monthly production capacity of up to 100,000 cosmetic bags. The delivery lead time
for regular orders is 20–30 days, and for rush orders, it can be shortened to 7–10 days through negotiation (subject to order quantity and process complexity).

4. Q: Do you have independent R&D and design capabilities? A: Yes. We have a professional design team that can provide original design, custom design based on provided drawings, and sample making services according
to customer requirements. Meanwhile, we regularly develop new models based on European and American fashion trends for customers to choose from.

5. Q: How soon can I get the quote?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your detailed information.

II. About Product Quality & Compliance
1. Q: Which international standards do your products comply with? Do you have relevant certifications? A: Our products strictly follow the EU REACH Regulation and US CPSIA Standard to ensure no harmful substances. For some products, we can provide OEKO-TEX®
Standard 100 certification (fabric eco-certification), BSCI social responsibility certification, etc., meeting the procurement requirements of European and American supermarkets.

2. Q: How do you ensure product quality? Do you support product inspection? A: We have established a three-level quality control system covering incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and finished product sampling inspection,
with special personnel responsible for each process. We support third-party inspection(e.g., SGS, BV) by customers, and delivery will be arranged only after the
inspection is passed.

3. Q: What material options do you offer? Do you support eco-friendly materials? A: Available materials include nylon, polyester, canvas, PU leather, genuine leather, transparent PVC, EVA, etc. We can use recycled polyester (RPET),
organic cotton and other eco-friendly materials according to customer needs, and provide material environmental reports.
III. About Customization & Cooperation
1. Q: Do you support OEM/ODM customization? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? A: We focus on OEM/ODM customization services, supporting customization of size, color, pattern, and LOGO (via screen printing, embroidery, bronzing,
labeling and other processes). The MOQ for regular cosmetic bags is 500 pieces per style. For large customers, the MOQ can be reduced through negotiation.
2. Q: What is the sample making process and cost? A: Process: Customer provides design drawings or samples → We evaluate the process and quote → Customer confirms sample making demand
→ Sample fee is paid → Samples are ready within 7–10 days → After sample confirmation, the sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment.
3. Q: What are the payment terms for cooperation? A: The regular payment term is 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance to be paid after the goods pass inspection or against the copy of B/L.For long-term
cooperative customers, more flexible payment terms (e.g., Letter of Credit, L/C) can be negotiated.
IV. About Logistics & After-Sales Service
1. Q: What shipping methods do you offer? How is the freight calculated? A: We support various shipping methods including sea freight, air freight, and express delivery. Sea freight is suitable for large-volume orders (low cost),
while air freight/express delivery is for urgent small orders. Freight is calculated based on cargo weight, volume, destination and shipping method. We
can provide one-stop door-to-door logistics services.
2. Q: How to handle product quality issues if they arise? A: If customers find non-artificial quality problems after receiving the goods, they need to provide relevant evidence (photos, videos) within 7 days of receipt.
After verification, we will reissue new products for free or arrange return and exchange, and bear the relevant logistics costs.
3. Q: Do you provide custom packaging and labeling services for products? A: Yes. We can customize product packaging (OPP bags, color boxes, rigid gift boxes, etc.) and labels that meet the requirements of European and American
markets (composition labels, care labels, warning labels, etc.), all produced according to customer needs. V. Other Frequently Asked Questions 1. Q: Besides cosmetic bags, can you produce other types of bags? A: Yes. With rich experience in bag production, we can accept custom orders for backpacks, tote bags, digital storage bags and other products.

2.Q: What are the steps from development to order?
A: First, we need to receive your bag design(product photo, material, size, color, logo or Sketch).
If possible, detailed artwork is preferred because we can then fully understand what you are looking for.
You can also consider sending us a physical sample for our reference, if it is available. We can return it back to you after use.
We will then review your sample bag’s instructions then provide you a reference quotation, if the quotation is acceptable for you,
we can proceed with the sample making. Upon completion, we will send the proto sample to you and provide a quotation.
If there is any comment, or if there are any adjustment needs to be made, we can continue to work together until we are ready for order placement.
